Returns + Exchanges

It’s incredibly important to us that all of our clients feel absolutely confident about their purchase, so we aim to make finding your perfect fit as carefree and seamless as possible. We will happily exchange or refund your item for change of mind within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the item is in the original condition with the original tags and hygiene labels attached. Any Goods returned outside of this period or returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will not be replaced, refunded, or returned to you.

How to initiate a refund

Complete the attached form CLICK TO DOWNLOAD FORM and email to info@revelswim.com.

  1. Return your garment to us at PO Box 168, Rozelle NSW 2039 within 30 days of shipment date. (Note, shipping costs will not be reimbursed)
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, then your refund (excluding the cost of original shipping), will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days of receiving the item.

How to initiate an exchange

Exchanges are not available to International customers. If you wish to exchange for another style, colour or size, please return your items for a refund and place a new order.

  1. Return your garment to us at PO Box 168, Rozelle NSW 2039 within 30 days of shipment date. (Note, shipping costs will not be reimbursed)
  2. Send us an email at info@revelswim.com with the style name, size and colour you would like.
  3. Once your item has been received, we will ship the new garment to you.

Faulty Items

All of our garments are made in Australia, and we take extra care in inspecting each item before they are shipped to our customers. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, simply complete the Return Authorisation form CLICK TO DOWNLOAD FORM or email us at info@revelswim.com to arrange a refund, replacement or repair. We will inspect the goods to verify the fault or damage and process your request accordingly.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
