How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Australian orders

For all Australian orders, we provide free standard parcel post shipping (delivery approx 5 business days after dispatch) via Australia Post.

For Express Post, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

• Express Post (delivery approx 1-2 business days after dispatch)

International orders

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

• Australia Post Standard International (delivery approx 5-7 business days after dispatch)

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your garment has been shipped, which you can use to track your order online.

Do you ship worldwide?

We want women all over the world to be able to wear and enjoy our garments, so we’re happy to offer global shipping options. Delivery costs and timelines will differ according to your location, estimations of which you will receive during check-out.

Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?

Depending on the carrier, your package may need to be signed for. Therefore, we recommend ensuring that your shipping address will be attended during normal business hours, just in case.

If you would like to have your parcel insured please email info@revelswim.com and we would be happy to arrange it for you, for an additional fee.

Am I liable for customs or duties on my order?

Orders to be delivered outside of Australia may incur a customs or import duty charge. Revel Swim does not have any control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on the laws of the country of delivery.

For further information, please contact your local customs office. All such charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of Order. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be undeliverable and Revel Swim will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage incurred by you or any other person.
